My approach with things like this, which are such a statement on their own, is to default to a simple tee or tank in a neutral to let the skirt be the star. I tried it with the graphic tees I have, and I liked the silhouette, but the colors didn't work right. It’s a super-versatile wrap style and the fabric is freaking beautiful.</p> <p>I really think these are at their best with a choli top or a bit of exposed skin at the belly. I’d be okay with that at the beach, and can see using this as a cover up for something like that, but I live in a landlocked state, and beach getaways aren’t really a big part of my life. I need a bit more coverage for the local grocery store or Shakespeare in the Park.
