Not necessarily the “ botanical” nor photo- florals. Darker ones work for me, but somehow Ted Baker does not.<br /> One thing I’m doing is trying to use fewer items but across seasons. The scarf is silk and while I’d usually “ save” silk for warmer weather, it worked great with winter jackets. ( Though I was not in polar vortex weather, or for hiking in snow!). Plus very comfortable against my neck. So I am working on whittling my scarf capsule to fewer ones that go with lots of outfits.<br /> Same for skirt— it’s summer weight, but I can wear with dark fleece tights and cashmere sweaters vs nude hose and linen or cotton tops. And I agree that spring brings out the yen! I'm not sure if toile counts as a floral/ botanical but I put it in since it is a favourite.</p> <p>Including only those I still have in the closet. I have owned others in the past. I tend to tire of florals earlier than other prints (esp. stripes and checks) and will retire them more quickly, so it is best to keep the proportion in my closet low and refresh as needed.&nbsp; </p>
