				<description>&#060;p&#062;That is great to hear. I have had similar service from Zappos. I once returned a very pricey item and had proof of shipping, but no indication of delivery. Instead of having me figure things out with the post office, Zappos refunded me immediately and handled everything on their end. It is refreshing to deal with a company that is good to their customers.

				<description>&#060;p&#062;Laura (Rubarbgirl), I think it's a misconception that Nordstrom's prices are higher. &#038;nbsp;First of all, for the exact same item at other stores in our area their prices are the same or lower, especially sale prices. &#038;nbsp;&#060;br /&#062;If you shop sales, you can get quality things for less then you'd pay for the same sort of thing&#038;nbsp;at Target. &#038;nbsp;I got a Halogen lined cotton blazer for less than $30. &#038;nbsp;Similar ones at Target were $30-40 and not as nice.&#060;br /&#062;For anyone staying away from Nordstroms because they think it is always expensive, you need to give it a try. &#038;nbsp;Some areas are expensive designers but look at the Nordstrom brands and sale racks.

				<description>&#060;p&#062;I don't agree with taking back things that obviously are not theirs, but I have had stellar service. Most recently I ordered a jacket that never arrived. I called and they said it was delivered, I said I didn't get it and they credited me back (jacket no longer available in my size). I hope my neighbor or the UPS man enjoy the jacket. Yesterday I noticed something I ordered 2 weeks ago had decreased in price and they credited me with a very happy and peppy email. It is definitely not lost on me that they have tremendous service.&#038;nbsp;

When I worked there, I took back things with tags from other stores...things that we never carried...anything to keep a customer happy and shopping in nordstrom!

I have to remind my bargain hunter self that the reason Nordstrom's prices are a little higher is because you don't have to worry about the ball being dropped if you have an issue. I am actually currently psyching myself up to return a sweater that pilled really badly the first time I washed it - I've never used their anything can be returned at any point policy and I'm a little hesitant about it.

&#060;p&#062;I returned a jacket to them that didn’t fit. I shipped it on&#060;br /&#062;
May 21st, and they still haven’t received it. When I looked up the&#060;br /&#062;
tracking code, you could see the Post Office had it, but it hadn’t moved in&#060;br /&#062;
weeks.&#060;/p&#062;
&#060;p&#062;I contacted Nordstrom as to what to do as I have never had&#060;br /&#062;
this happen before with anything I have mailed. The Nordstrom Team simply refunded&#060;br /&#062;
me for the jacket and said they would take care of it! I am blown away. No trouble, no hassle, no questions. I am wowed. &#060;/p&#062;
&#060;p&#062;This is why I like to spend my shopping dollars with them!&#060;/p&#062;
