I'll be visiting Vancouver this fall, and will be looking for a new jacket for my husband, and I'm sure <i>we'll be going straight to the nearest Danier store</i>. I've tried ordering (no, I can't get him into a store most of the time) several men's leather jackets for my DH (Nordstrom, Macy's, Amazon), and none have worked out so far. I am hopeful that an in-person visit to a Danier store will be just the thing! It's too close to summer now to get my DH a decent leather jacket (he wears it fall, winter/very early spring), so we've decided to wait 'til fall. So yesterday on my lunch break I telephoned their toll free Customer Service line to inquire if they had this jacket available anywhere. The very friendly CS agent confirmed that it was available from the Warehouse so I ordered two sizes knowing I can return whichever one doesn't fit to the store close to my home. (I'm assuming, well HOPING really, that one will fit!).<br /><br />I received an email confirmation from them about two hours later that my order had been processed, received my shipping confirmation this morning and now received a further confirmation that my parcel will be delivered Tuesday, April 2nd.&nbsp;<br /><br />That quick. That easy. They have AMAZING customer service, both in store and on their toll free line. Danier if you see this I hope you know how much I appreciate your stellar service and that it is no small part of why I continue to buy your products :)&nbsp;
