Yes Fashiontern, eye candy! But I'm serious about not on trend for Sth Hemisphere summer. I checked every shoe shop, a large number, in Pacific Fair. A sea of black, white, beige, tan and metallics. The occasional red or other colours had very high heels. I saw a very pretty cobalt blue dainty high heeled sandal in Wittner. In the bad old days I would probably have bought it. Have learned better and didn't even try on.<br /> Deb, I do check Ziera but didn't know about Cinori, so thanks! Ziera is a very old NZ brand that has changed its name twice in the past 40 years or so, my Mum liked it in about the 70s! It was started by a podiatrist called Mervyn Adams (Shoes) then became Kumfs then Ziera. Too many strikes against. I am wearing the red dress in pic 2 of my original post to a wedding on 11 November after we fly home on 10th. The whole of Pacific Fair, a very large shopping centre in Queensland, did not have red sandals for me. It seems red is not on trend. But an outlet shopping mall called Harbour Town had these today for $49. Of course they are a little different but should look good for the wedding and I'll take the old ones as a back-up for dancing. Therefore, I left them there for a bit to ask YLF. They felt very comfortable. We don't seem to have as easy returns here,I have not tried to return a shoe that I bought in a store here just because I decided I didn't want it after all, and they are not keen to let you wear them even around the house that I know of. I suppose if something were really badly uncomfortable at home they might...but I am unsure, I have never tried that. I feel that walking around in the store is usually the test of comfort they expect you to make.&nbsp;<br />My foot looked pretty in the shoe. I am warming up to making them mine I suspect. Because as I think about the possibility of their being sold out soon, I am starting to feel like I don't want that. I was also in a different mall today so checked all the 4 shoe stores- and still nothing else nearly so good, not even as good as the on-line ones you Fabbers have so kindly looked up and nowhere near the new possible ones. I don't really have a budget, and I can afford these.
