I like kellygirl's advice. If you're going to dye a pair, I'm guessing that the cream will be the most successful (though I've never dyed anything, so I could be wrong). I wouldn't keep more than two pairs total, as I think you will crave more variety in your closet after the novelty of the new sandals has worn off. At least that is what would happen to me!

I rather like the range of sandy neutrals. But um, keep the new pairs and dye the old? Or is that too many sandals?

Do you think taupe and cream both have a place in your wardrobe? I'd probably keep the one that would be the most versatile and then dye the nude with the metallic. I think that style of sandal is pretty timeless but wouldn't want too many duplicates. You might find something you like better down the line.

I asked all of you if I could dye my Kork Ease sandals and I got some great advice. Thank you very much.

http://youlookfab.com/welookfa.....s-feasible

Then I found the same sandals (for half price) at Sierra Trading Post, so naturally I bought two more pairs. Pictured left to right: Natural Vachetta which I already had, Putty, and Eggshell. Unfortunately they didn't have grey in my size, or I would have just bought it. Really, I didn't plan on keeping both of the new pairs. I just couldn't tell what color they were, and I can return them with no problems. But now I find I like both colors. The Putty is a nice taupe. And Eggshell is a nice light cream. I should point out the obvious: these are huge wedges! Maybe I shouldn't buy any more wedges?

Also, my local shoe repair had the shoe cream that Diana recommended.

What do you think I should do? Return the new shoes and dye the old, keep the new shoes, dye one of the new pairs, or another alternative I haven't thought of? I'm open to your suggestions.
