				<description>&#060;p&#062;Yes to walking !!!!!!&#038;nbsp; &#038;nbsp;I have osteoporosis and my doctor wants me walking at least 45 minutes a day.&#038;nbsp; &#038;nbsp;It is wonderful for so many things with a low risk of getting hurt.&#038;nbsp;&#060;/p&#062;
&#060;p&#062;The whole stomach and ulcer thing is complicated. I have never had H. Pylori ...yet I've had such bad ulcers that I have twice blown arteries in my stomach and eventually had part of my stomach removed.&#038;nbsp; &#038;nbsp;But digestion is definitely aided by walking and movement.&#038;nbsp;

I run and walk, and really it is not a matter of weight loss for me: it's a matter of mind clarity and overall health. I am really biased as I love hiking, but I think everyone should walk, at every age.
