One reason that I haven't worn it much lately is that I have gradually been collecting other bracelets.</p> <p>I do have a problem with clasps on some of my necklaces and a couple of bracelets. This is the reason I seldom take off the skinny Marco Bicego bracelet--it's just too hard. I've thought about taking some of the chains to a jeweler and asking if they can put on a larger clasp. Wore the white ones for the first time today. Unfortunately they are a bit tight in the waist--but I like them I also have a red &amp; orange pair. (Too much anniversary celebrating.) I like the length.I never quite get it right when I hack them.</p> <p>## 1-2-3 White jeans--pale look going for a walk, new striped top with new Vionic fuzzy slippers, Boden striped top with Clarks.&nbsp;</p> <p>##4-5 David Yurman pendant--can't remember stone but don't think you've seen it, also DY chain bracelet bought many years ago--think it's the 2nd DY item I bought. Chains are back. I wish this one was a little links, but I haven't worn it for ages.&nbsp;</p> <p>##6-7-8 Angie suggested I try the jacket with the Chico's jeans. Jeans have stretched a little. You see the pendant. Also shows my latest sale purchase.</p> <p>In all the '60s and '70s I never had a pair of Birks. I thought they were ugly and too expensive, but I saw these on a blog and decided to try the rose gold. First day were not comfortable and took them off after an hour, didn't give up. Another day with socks, and now I wear them fine. Also thought they were big and blocky, but later they look better.</p> <p>##8-9 This is better, with BR skirt.</p> <p>##11-12 Going for a walk so wore jeans along with new Lands End tank and BB shirt. Its okay for a walk. Started late so needed hat.</p> <p>At last my shorts! Purplish legs in part due to veins, but look at those thighs! Walking up and down those steep hills works those muscles and really helps the knees.&nbsp;</p> <p>My new hair clips and barrettes mostly slip out of my &nbsp;hair. Out to work in garden, so used my old barrette to pin it up. It's still a tiny bit short for a pony tail and I don't have the energy right now to experiment.&nbsp;</p> <p>Maybe it's time to investigate some new hair products for fine, slippery &nbsp;straight hair!</p> <p>Short are only too tight for sitting. I need to work on some finds.&nbsp;</p> <p> </p>
