Took the blazer to my seamstress today and she says that because of the taper of the sleeves there won't be enough of the black trim to reuse on the shortened sleeve. Now I have to decide if I live with long sleeves that need to be constantly rolled so the black band doesn't show anyway, or just have them shortened with no band. She says any trim I find at the fabric store is likely to be cotton while what is there now is likely rayon. Nuts. Another decision to make. </p>
