As for short styles, I like this look (below) because it is still swingy, which has a feminine feel, but reveals the neck (cool and sexy). And you can use a headband or jeweled clip on the long bangs if you want to switch it up/keep it out of your eyes. If you have nice ears, this shows that off, too.
