I agree. I use the ShopStyle app to get better results, it's not perfect but better than Google for me. I also use YLF finds search which is very helpful and I go directly to my favorite shops' website.

And Google shopping is even worse than Google search for low quality/ off brand / used clothing results

I generally skip by the sponsored results and go straight to the images tab. Not perfect but it does weed out a lot. Also try searching under the incognito you’ll get different results

I agree too, so annoying, just can’t trust the quality of so many of these third party sellers on Amazon.
I tend to just go to my favourite retailers and peruse their websites instead.

I've noticed that, too! That, and very "cheap-y" clothing items.

I shop a lot via Google (or any other search engine, for that matter). I used to see a ton of retailers in my search results... which was great. I guess Amazon has upped their search budget or taken over search engines too! Now when i search, the results are predominantly cheap crap from Amazon only!
I recently searched for a short sleeve denim jacket. Not many results outside of Amazon. Then i went to Talbots.com directly -- and found one there.
Kinda frustrating!
