Isn't that annoying? I'm 5'2" and have the same problem with pant inseams. Why can't they make women's pants like men's so we can choose the inseam that works for us? Makes me mad every time my DH shops for pants because all he has to do is look for the pants that have the correct waist and length measurements. Can I do that? No! and it makes me grumpy just thinking about it.

I also struggle with pants. At 5'3" shorts are often just a tad too short and regular is far too long. I always struggle with pants in warmer months, cropped styles, ankle styles, capris, they never work on me. Thanks for the recap on what's in some stores right now.

Thanks for being Queen Sweetheart, Debbie :). I am excited to see you in the 1969 and gingham shirts!

Check out the W&W skinnies and the Vince Camuto blouse @ Nordies when you are close by.

I am REALLY hoping that we get some regular length trousers in too. These ankle lengths are complete retail overkill at the moment. I spoke to my favourite sales assistant at J. Crew a few days ago and she says that the ankle lengths aren't selling in her store.

Ankle pants are not my thing either. They just don't feel right on me. I am so glad you got the gap 1969 shirt!! I am thinking about getting one also. We have a BR in our mall and when I have ordered online I have had no problem making in store returns if they don't work out. That green stripe shirt is adorable but really did look a little long for your petitie figure.

Today I wanted to check out a few of Angie's picks. I didn't have time to go to my favorite shopping area so I popped into the mall close to my house.
The J Crew shirt is divine. I am in serious love even though that is not the one for me.The gingham shirts are darling and I will get one of those.
The Gap was an interesting experience. The bright jackets are really cute but the sleeves would have to altered so I'm going to look around a bit. The 1969 shirt is mine! It is so very cute. I don't think I tried the right tee on. The ones I tried had a wreid seam in the front.
In keeping with my love hate relationship with my BR they did not have the cardigan I wanted to try. They do have some super cute plaid shirts though.
Pants I could rant all day n this subject. I am 5'3" and they are all too short. I dd find these at the Gap but I really want Navy.
http://www.gap.com/browse/prod.....pid=772522

Ankle length pants are not my thing so I have a problem this season.

All of this post just to say Angie's picks were wonderful and I am thankful for this list.
