The hair could be due to different water quality too. The water in FL (at least where my dad is) is very soft, and mine at home is the opposite. That thrifted dress looks like it was made for you! </p> <p>One of the first things I had to do when I moved to this subtropical humidity was learn to embrace the hair change. At least it adds volume, lol! </p> <p>Humectants work great in humidity because they keep your hair moisturised according to the climate (whereas they suck moisturise from your curls in dryer climates). Also cutting out non water soluble silicones &amp; drying sulphates helps to reduce the frizz.
