I'd be hard put to choose if this were me, but without knowing the time and mood of the parties you're attending, I like #1, #6 (prefer the lighter shoe) and #8 best, along with either #4 or #5 depending on whether it is more formal or less so (the blazer reads more formal to me, the cardigan more relaxed --- I'd use the first where there are likely to be colleagues or casual acquaintances while for an evening with just close friends or family, I'd go with the cardi).</p> <p>Can I just add you have an enviable collection of great-fitting pants? Maybe I'm noticing it all the more because it is my Achilles heel, but I think it is so great to have alternatives within each category, like you do for the velvet straight pants and wide-legged.
