I got it in a S and it is plenty roomy and there is a lot of sleeve length (the sleeves are a lightweight knit). I'll be curious to find out if it works for you too! The SA's and I agreed that a little side semi-tuck helps lend a bit of structure. </p> <p>It was a great trip all around. We're flying home now. Started in Portland with friends, visited the Columbia river gorge waterfalls, Mt Hood, Mount St Helens, Cannon Beach, and then went down to the CA coastal redwoods. From there, I parted with my friends and went on to Burney Falls and Lassen National Park for a couple of days, and then joined up with my husband in Tahoe. However, Tahoe was swarmed with people and some of our plans got canceled because of weather, so we made a last-minute decision to go to SF for the last couple of days of the trip. It was a great decision -- I just wish we'd gone sooner, as our time was too short!</p> <p>We did a little more shopping yesterday -- popped into the Levi's store for hubs to stock up on jeans, and also found a pair for me, which is amazing because Levi's have not worked for me for many years. Also got me an "altered" denim trucker jacket -- distressed, collarless, and with the waistband cut off. It was quite the productive shopping day! We also spotted a silver pug ring (they had other breeds too) in a shop in our hotel, but it was closed for the day. (That's how it works, right?) Several independent footwear shops, but IIRC not exactly the way I imagine your usual style. Union Square (different from Union Street!) is the traditional destination shopping area with Macy's, Saks, Neiman Marcus, Barneys, BLoomingdales, Nordstrom and lots of other name retailers within a few blocks. I like to pop into the big Levi's store on Market in that area to see cool new things from the iconic brand. Lots of gear-fashion stores in Union Sq area as well - Merrill, Icebreaker, North Face, Marmot all have stores there.</p> <p>Lots of shopping in the streets between Union Square and the Embarcadero.
