As for the coat, it's a difficult piece because of so many different textures, fabrics, and extras (ruffles and embroidery). I really like the coat also, but being the practical girl that I am, I think it would be hard for an everyday coat because of all the elements. And having seen many other pieces that you own, I just can't see this coat being versatile with your wardrobe. Here I'm only in each town for a few days and won't be able to return items later, so I have go go with my instincts. </p> <p>Of course, now I'm second-guessing my instincts. So please tell me what you think of this coat and boots. </p> <p>The coat was a tough decision for me, because I thought that I was completely done with ruffles and it's expensive. But something about it just seems amazing. I'm not sure how well this shows up in the pictures, but it's patchwork (made from different pieces of material) and has embroidery on the back, side and sleeves. What do you think?</p> <p>I'm not too worried about the boots, I love them. I hope you approve. </p>
