They're usually longer than the tanks I find other places so they poke out from under other tops better. And they wear well also. Ann Taylor is good for basic layering tees, especially elbow length sleeved ones; I have also found their fine gauge knit turtlenecks to be decent, but they only last about a season or two since they have rayon in them. Tanks can be found all over. Going on about 6 months and they are fraying....so I don't know If I would recommend those unless you must have the lace. I do however recommend their long sleeve T's in the Jr.'s dept. The So brand ran about 8 bucks and they are holding very nicely after multiple washes. Ilike the texture on them.
