Unlike Canada Goose, it is washable. It's a major coat for major winter weather, though. I don't expect to wear it in Vancouver at all -- will only wear on trips back east or up to the mountains. Some coats by these companies do include real fur, which I know can also be an issue. Most claim to use ethically sourced fur also (whatever that means.)&nbsp;</p> <p>Almost all the major puffer companies include info on their website about sourcing now.
