Right now I am silver-leafing some big contemporary style frames that are currently blonde wood. If I silver-leaf them they will look fab in our living room, which has a mid-century modern vibe ... the frames contain black and white photos of the Beatles when they were 16 and playing Hamburg. Believe me, I am no Martha Stewart so if this works, all credit to the SYC project!</p> <p>Angie's post this morning also inspired a SYC thought. I am not an owl person, but I do have an interesting pendant -- it is an antique silver perfume flask. My mom had my initial engraved on it and a small hook placed on the back.
