You have some great combinations here!

I think my favorites are #3 & #7 with the new blazer - it looks great on you! I do love the leopard more in the shirt than in the pants, but I'm not a great judge of animal print!

I love all of the boots- a very MTG-friendly look.

Congrats on making your shopping expedition- as the mom of just one toddler I can only imagine what your days must be like!

I love the idea of leopard pants, and I think the shape of those pants look great on you, but that particular leopard print isn't necessarily ringing my bells. Are the spots all black? I tend to prefer the leopard prints with a little more variation in color. Also it looks a little busy to me -- I'd like to see the spots a little more widely spaced. It seems kinda speckley, you know? But that's just me and everybody else seems to love 'em, so... carry on!

I LOVE the animal print op!

Great haul. I love everything. The leopard pants are uber fun--you can totally pull those off. I love the black blazer and the black skinnies. They are awesome on you. I don't see any reason why the black riding boots wouldn't work with the leopard pants and the denim blue skinnies in 4. Boots are great for anchoring skinnies. Love the cognac boots with the skirt and the leopard tunic. That's an amazing outfit! 7/8 are my faves but they are all great!

Congrats on the shopping trip - you picked well. I like all the ways you have these styled, shows some options. Of course I'm quite partial to animal print but you've toned them down appropriately.

Sounds like you had a FAB time shopping. Can't wait to see your other goodies!

I think you pull of the pants just fine! I prefer #2 with the pants. When you wear them with a color I think you need to bring that tan/brown color into it up top somehow, because it looks a little disjointed - like the top is from a different outfit.

I do think tucking these into black boots would work very well.

The blouse is very cute as well - I don't like it belted; I don't think it's long enough to belt.

I DO like it very much with all the other ways you've styled it. The black bottoms look like "leans" to me, and so I don't think they look too tight. I really like the denim skirt, especially.

I love the animal print pants, and I like all three ways you've styled it (1-2 and 3). The animal print sweater is fab as well. I'm not sure about the black skinnies in #6. Compared to the animal print pants, they look a little snug. Or is this a trick of the camera?

I posted a few pics Saturday night from my recent shopping spree. For those who missed it, I hired a sitter for my three toddlers, drove two hours to shop, got it done in four, and came home. I hadn't been shopping in a year, recently became a SAHM and needed a new wardrobe. Fearing I'd come to dress like many of the moms I see in the grocery store with kids in tow, I had to act fast! I explain all this because these pics are just the tip of the iceberg --- and may start to seem obnoxiously excessive. This, and future posts, include my haul from that trip, along with some online orders from Nordstrom's and Ann Taylor.

The pants in this group are the first thing I picked up in the petite section of ATL on my first stop. I do love animal print but usually wear it in small doses, so this is quite out of my comfort zone. The tags are still on and I need some honest advice as far as K/R.

#1: Denim jacket: American Eagle (bought last year but never worn)
Dark green shirt: ATL new
Black booties: Born (bought last year, just got out of box yesterday)

#2 Black V-neck sweater: old
Blazer: new from Nordies

#3 Red Evan Picone sweater: old

I do have some black riding boots that I meant to pair them with but forgot. Do you think those would work?

Next up is a thin, boxy animal print sweater from ATL.

#4 Gap Always Skinny jeans
Same booties

#5 I added a belt (the only belt I own, BTW). I really want to work on building a belt inventory as learn more about using them in outfits.

#6 Black skinny pants: ATL new - still has tags. K/R? They have a little more structure than leggings and are so comfortable!
Black riding boots: Born, old

#7 Added new black blazer from Nordies.

#8 Denim skirt: AT, old
Brown riding boots: Born, old

#9 Minus the black blazer. Looking at the pic, I'm wondering if maybe a black scarf might break up the print and maybe have a slimming effect?

Sorry for all the pics but really need to know if any of these have potential. Thanks for your help.
