Hi Shauntelle, hope all is well!

I like the first shoe -- peony -- the best, maybe get it in black and brown for basics. I also like the last shoe -- Maribel.
Modgirl posted some great shoes as well -- especially like the wooden heeled one.
I'm not going to be the best for advice for shoes b/c I think we have different styles in shoes, but the peony is a classic, likable by many style, and I think it will be more versatile than some of the others. If you can do higher heels than go for it (I'm limited to 3").

THanks Rae! I've been thinking about it all day and I may buy the black and brown versions of those just because I think I'd be able to wear them the most. I want them all though! lol

The first ones you posted look the most classic/versatile to me, but they are all cute!

Thimbelina, I'm just organized with shopping because I'm easily distracted once I get to the store and after a bit I get overwhelmed and end up going home with nothing. So I've figured out that if I think it through before hand, even if I end up making an impulse buy when I get there, I'm more likely to come home happy. (Shh... don't tell anyone, but I'm really not fond of shopping, even though I love pretty things.)

MG, I'm definitely going to buy from the local stores because I hate to pay shipping unless I see something that just isn't available in person. I love high heels and wear them all the time, but I know some are definitely more comfortable over a day than others. I'm surprised the wedges are uncomfortable... I definitely have to reconsider those then cause I was thinking they would be my more casual shoe. Those Wilette are really cute too... decisions, decisions... so hard cause I love shoes! I could just buy them to put up on the wall and stare at, I swear! lol

If you can get to a target, see if you can try these on.
The stiletto platforms would make me cry, but maybe they will work for you.
Some of their shoes are really comfy but some of them kill. I have the mirabel peep toe wedges in tan, they are like 2 hour shoes for me.

I tried these two on last night and they seemed really comfy but I didn't bite. I am trying to be good.

Hi Shauntelle... I hope all is well. You seem like such a great organizer and planner! I like the tamra slingbacks and the maribel wedges. These will both be great shoes for this summer and take you into the early part of fall; then you can think about late fall/winter and add a closed pump and a boot. I would just do two pairs for now and see if you can score anything on clearance later in the season, provided the gift cards didn't come with an expiration date. (My target always ends up with an aisle of deeply discounted stuff toward the end of the season. Then you might score 2 more or even 3 pairs for the price of one right now.) And really, with such a cute cognac and black shoe you've got almost all the bases covered in style! L

So now that I have this amazing new wardrobe, I need to buy shoes. I have a gift certificate to Target, so I thought I'd pick up 2-3 pairs to get started. I want something versatile to wear with jeans, trousers, or dresses... At the same time, I want them to reflect my style which is classic with a little bit of edge/funk.

I'm including the links below, tell me what you guys think, ok?

Women's Mossimo® Peony Pumps - Cognac : Target http://bit.ly/kBOscP
Women's Xhilaration® Tamra Slingback Teardrop Peep-Toe Pumps - Cognac : Target http://bit.ly/mEIieH
Women's Anne Michelle by Journee Peep Toe Ruffled Pumps : Target http://bit.ly/lIdTYo
Women's Merona® Maire Peep-Toe Wedges - Black : Target http://bit.ly/ktAjWL
Women's Merona® Maribel Peep-Toe Wedges - Black : Target http://bit.ly/kHFtbt

Of course I'm open to any suggests you guys have too, as long as it's on Target right now. We're trying to make the best use of the gift cards we have before we spend any cash.

Thanks!
