I've never bought anything from them. Looking closer at their policies while they offer free shipping, those charges are deducted from the refund in the event of a return. And the buyer pays for return shipping. I just bought myself a pair of Arlettas. It's almost a flat heel, but there is a lot of support and the leather is soft, buttery, and just delectable. I've been feeling the need for more of a heel to wear with jeans and yet to be acquired slacks. The teal Biala oxfords Angie posted are very tempting - that color would be enough of a neutral wouldn't it? I've seen a couple of Fitzwell oxfords with 2 1/2" heels I like too, although one is a little dressier than the other and between those two I'm leaning toward the one with the studs. My tops seem to be heading toward navy, purple, teal, black and burgundy. Would one color be more all purpose than the other? Comfort is a factor too. My black boots have about a 2" heel which isn't bad for running around, but I wouldn't wear them for a marathon shopping day. My feet aren't particularly finicky, but I am used to flats.</p> <p>Picture 4 is of my current shoes, excluding dressier blacks and sandals. </p>
