Most sandal styles at the moment have fixed straps anyway, but even if they had buckles extra holes wouldn't help much - I don't need more volume on top but more width in the soles (especially in front). (My husband has very wide feet, too, and has stopped buying from all but 3 companies, because only those fit reliably.) I have picked up a couple of black ones for just-in-case in velvet and in a light weight wool. If you are wearing some of the jewelry, a very simple dark top would work. Shoes with a long dress or skirt are usually not very noticeable. With your beautiful hair and smile, no one will be looking closely at your feet. </p>
