I think it was about 20.00. It has metal attachments/plugs that you can insert into the holes on the wooden stretcher. I have a bunion, so I can add additional stretching right where it is needed for my foot. They were tight around the toes and ball of the foot area. I took them to the cobbler today. It only took them 1/2 hour.<br /> While they're not 8 hours shoes, I was able to wear them on a 12 block walk today.</p> <p>Anna </p>
