Like I wear them to the movies or out to the shops for a few hours. I think i just need to throw caution to the wind and wear them out! I remember she sprayed the shoes thoroughly and then stuck a water bottle inside the shoe to stretch it. Luckily mum had some already at home.<br /> How long does it take to stretch them? are we talking weeks of wear or a couple of hours? x</p> <p>Edit- just it work just wearing them after spraying or is it best to get one of those shoe stretcher things? x </p>
