It's called Stretch Spray and it's brilliant! It doesn't come with the little stretch thingies but (and this is for real, it's on the bottle) after you've sprayed the inside and outside of the leather (patent and reptile leather on the inside only) " apply pressure from the inside only with a strong teaspoon to the part that requires stretching". Then wear the shoes immediately after treating. I picked up a product called Stretch Genie and it worked like a charm.
