I saw these red shoes with a strap and decided before trying that if they were even remotely comfy, I'd get them. That was before I spotted the oxfords. But now at home, they are not nearly as comfy as the oxfords and booties, and the strap makes them a pain to put on. They're definitely going back. Sometimes you might want to add a belt or handbag in the same general color family, to give a pulled-together look, since you're not bookending your hair. Not necessary, just an option to try.<br />Are the red shoes what you were looking for in terms of style, or were you really just aiming for that color?
