I have the same problem with my left pinky and try to stretch that left shoe, especially the toe box or buy a half size larger pair and use inserts in the right shoe if needed. Foot Glide or Body Glide can help. I use it on the pinky toe. So can no show socks or knee high nylons which give a little padding to the toe.

I use the athletic anti-friction sticks. At least when wearing shoes without socks, which I'm doing right now. I have a problem related to yours -- a tailor's bunion below my pinky toe. The Gold Bond stick helps a lot.

Try some moleskin on your toe, or on the inside of your shoe, or try a band-aid on your toe. If the shoes are leather you could try to have them stretched a bit, or try to stretch them yourself at home.

One of my pinky toes isn't quite straight and, as such, it has a tendency to rub slightly against my shoe. Is there anything I can do? I try to find wide toe boxes wherever possible, but I have a pair of shoes that I would like to make work, as they are so supremely comfy in every other way.
