I love the ruffled blouse. I liked the cardi partially buttoned and buttoned all the way. I think the satin bow was a bit distracting (though I liked how it looked with the leopard shoe--maybe you can work it in with those shoes in another outfit?) I agree with Maya and Tanya that the band on the bottom of that shirt/dress isn't quite right. (You could have it removed and just hem the dress since you'll be wearing it with skinnies/leggings anyway). I did not care for the outfit with those boots though. I love it, so dramatic. The dress doesn't bother me but I agree with Tanya that the band is preventing it from draping as nicely as it could.
