Yes, many of you are seeing what I'm seeing. I'm having some fabric swatches printed with these just to see how they translate on a non-paper, non-screen surface. Playing with scale makes a difference too -- some things really take on a whole different look when scaled way down, and some of the simpler lines look best scaled fairly large. </p> <p>Cerinda and Diana, yes! I noticed some images took on that batik/ikat look as I patterned them, so I'm going to investigate that more. Certain lines in a single photo become diamond shapes when duplicated and mirrored, which sometimes results in that ikat effect and other times reminds me of argyle. Others become more curved and weaving. </p> <p>Thanks for all the feedback and good ideas!
