<p>Love all of these, but the blazer looks are TDF. &nbsp;On the poufy sweater - try turning it inside out and safety pinning in and see if you like it slightly more fitted. You actually can alter the side seams of many &nbsp;sweaters.

<p><div>Thanks, <b>shevia</b>! There was something about wearing those pumps that made me feel elegant all day (although my bunion on my right foot needed a break at the end...)</div><div><br /></div><div><b>Barbara Diane</b>, I should have taken a pic of the socks I wore yesterdays--bright yellow with tacos on them <br /></div><div><br /></div><div><b>FashIntern</b>, thanks for helping me figure out how to wear my beloved style of wide and flowy pants! These wide cords you posted are wonderful (those cord-covered buttons!). I like the exaggeratedly wide leg. But you are right that I need to find the right way for this style to fit my body. You make good points about the back and waist definition.<br /></div></p>

<p>You look great in all of these. </p>
<p>Since skinnies, neutral colors, and so much denim bore you, and your favorite pants, mustard yellow, textured, and a different silhouette, are off-limits, I thought wide-legged or Palazzo pants might do the trick. So I went googling and the first pair I pulled up made me laugh. The laugh of recognition, of unreason.<br />
<a rel="nofollow" href="https://m.asos.com/de/missguided/missguided-wide-leg-cord-trousers-in-camel/prd/10608363?clr=braun&amp;SearchQuery=wide%20leg&amp;gridcolumn=1&amp;gridrow=1&amp;gridsize=2&amp;pge=1&amp;pgesize=72&amp;totalstyles=3">https://m.asos.com/de/missguid.....aun&#038;a</a> </p>
<p>Seriously, they reminded me so strongly of the pair you recently enjoyed wearing so much that I had to look closely to find the difference. The legs aren’t the only loose part—the lower tummy hides behind folds of loose fabric too, as on yours. But then the model turns, and the difference appears—her rear. You can see the curve at the top of her butt (but not the bottom), and her waist is clearly visible. I looked at a few others, and they all followed the same pattern: mostly flowing and free, but at the very top, they’re tailored to show structure. This might be obvious to some, but it’s news to me. </p>
<p>I wonder if a skilled seamstress—the kind who makes clothing to sell, not the alterations kind—would be able to deconstruct your favorite loose pants with that great fabric, and put them back together with a more fitted top (not just the waist), so the flow of the fabric starts from your body, not from fabric folds. </p>
<p>Or maybe just buy some (intentionally) wide-legged pants. Cheers!

<p>I love socks like that. I understand wanting cozy clothing-I also am looking to add more of them to my colder weather wardrobe. You look good in blazers.

<p><div><b>kkards</b>, I like 4/5 very much too! It'll probably the first one I'll wear again from this selection. And you're right, I shouldn't fret too much if this is working--and it is! I didn't need to spend a whole lot of time putting these outfits together, which is really important.</div><div><br /></div><div><b>JAileen</b>, the first outfit made me so happy. I wish the yellow cardi showed better on the pic, it was a pop of color against the white shell. I'm hoping to wear the mustard shoes into Fall. (I accept styling suggestions!) Last week went from hot to cool and stormy so I had no chance to bring them back... <br /></div><div><br /></div><div><br /></div><div><br /></div></p>

<p>I love the first outfit, especially the mustard shoes. They’d be cute regardless of the color, but mustard takes your outfit up a notch.

<p>Fast food socks! How fun.<br />
Te the skinny’s -I tend to be a uniform dresser so I understand that looking back at a week can lead you to say wow I need something else, but I’m also reminded of the saying if it’s not broken....my fav is #4/5<br />
Looks like you had a fab week

<p>
<div>Week 03 of tracking:</div><div><br /></div><div>1. Monday: Hot and sunny. Denim skirt, cotton shell, cotton cardi (bright yellow with polka dots--pic is not great). The shoes are Crown Vintage Valentinaa pumps in a muted mustard that also doesn't show well on the pic. They are a slightly less expensive alternative to Sole Society's Katarina pump. <br /></div><div><br /></div><div>2. Tuesday: Cooler with showers. Off-white jeans, navy wool blazer, striped tee, leather booties to cope with potential rain.</div><div><br /></div><div>3. Wednesday: Liking blazers. Denim, printed blouse, thick jersey blazer (it doesn't look like a jersey blazer). I love these extra pointy boots with gold hardware. This time I didn't forget the belt.</div><div><br /></div><div>4. Thursday: Thunderstorms all day! Flooding! Cool temps! I think I wanted to feel cozy. Black skinnies, printed tee, and a very pouffy cross-front sweater. Looking at the picture makes me think this might be a little too big for my frame. Does it look weird? I like the pouffy-baloony effect. It's also so soft...</div><div><br /></div><div>5. Friday: Cool and dry weather. I'm realizing that Fridays really are my casual day. I get to Fridays hoping for comfort, ease of movement, and a break for my feet. It's also usually a day with no meetings so I can dress down at work. Athleta Bettona jeggings (heather gray), burgundy turtleneck, cloud-soft sneakers, and funny socks. <br /></div><div><br /></div><div>Analysis/findings:</div><div><br /></div><div>1. I want to build a casual-comfy but still decent-looking capsule for my casual Fridays. <br /></div><div>2. I want to wear blazers more often.</div><div>3. Looking back this week was all about dressing up denim. At the end I was longing for different pant options that aren't denim or neutral solid skinnies. <br /></div></p>
