Our town has a marketplace page on Facebook, it's a closed group and you have to be invited and address verified but it's fantastic. I've sold several clothing and housewares items on the page. You should check and see if your town has one.

I've used The Real Real and have been very happy-- but their list is limited. I've heard good things about Poshmark, but it seems like work, though no more than EBay (I also like EBay valet in the past, though their policy has changed). There are also consignment stores on EBay, have you looked into them?

Maybe double check to make sure there are no local consignments (since they seem to come and go frequently in my area) I've gotten more per item from them then Thred Up (although for less pricey brands in my case).

Naama Bezalel? That's a fun surprise. Beacon's Closet will give your the money upfront - a lower percentage than consignment but guaranteed and immediate. Your clothes are kind of in the twilight zone between Thred Up and The RealReal. I think actually posting them here might be your best bet.

I've heard that Poshmark is very easy to use but I haven't tried selling there. I sell to Crossroads Trading for store credit - not much money, but it's easier for me than the stress of mailing out packages.

I have a number of items in the holding zone that need to be sold. The question is, where? The haul includes tops and sweaters by My Adea, Naama Bezalel, and Eileen Fisher; a J. Crew coat; All Saints denim, etc. It's a pretty eclectic mix. I don't have any consignment stores near me at the moment and from what I understand, they offer you very little.

eBay used to be my go-to, but in the past year I haven't been able to sell anything. Is it still the main clothing site or should I buy be selling on Tradesy, poshmark, VC, or somewhere else?

ETA: I saw one post about this from two years ago, but that's a lifetime ago in Internet years.
