I have just discovered this too and went with a bunch of friends for my birthday bash. Yes they literally turn out all the lights and play music for an hour. At first you just dance as normal and then something kicks in that really noone can see you and the music and movement just take over. It was THE very best fun I have had in ages. Half of the group were already making plans to be back next week. Its called no lights no lycra and is all around the world now. There were a couple of 100 people in the room and we just danced in our group and there was enough room not to bump. Truly heaps of fun!
