				<description>&#060;p&#062;This looks 50's to me except that the skirts were gathered at the waist-band.&#038;nbsp; Sara has a good idea with a short, loose or boxy top.&#038;nbsp; I'd probably wear a tucked cami underneath so no bare skin would show if arms were raised.
