				<description>&#060;p&#062;I agree that you could either swap out the top or possibly the top &#038;amp; skirt?  Or, if you have a dress that you could add a jacket to, that might work as well? I think it also depends on the industry and who you are interviewing with.  I've found that in the Tech world you don't always have to wear a suit - many times a skirt/cardigan combo is just fine.

In the case of the most recent interview it would probably be to interview with potential clients, and they'd be IT folks, so I am thinking business casual would be better than a suit.  That's not a problem since I wear biz casual all day at my current job.&#060;/p&#062;
&#060;p&#062;But, I have other interviews lined up.  What about a second interview later one that requires a suit?  I only have one suit.&#060;/p&#062;
&#060;p&#062;Do you think it would OK to wear my purple pencil skirt with a blazer?  Or should I be prepared to shop for another suit?
