I don't think you "need" the scarf for tying the look together (the shoes seem to do that), but it adds a burst of color and makes for a fun look. You could use a pendant in its place, as another option. With the light pink sweater, my vote would be for nude hosiery, but the dark color works. I also thing the sweater dress is very cute.<br /> I like the black tights- they tie in with the shoes. But then if it were me I might choose between having the shoes be the statement piece OR choose the scarf as the statement piece and wear plain shoes instead. Then I’d choose the tights colour accordingly: black with the current shoes and no scarf or nude with the current scarf and plain shoes.<br /> But these are just my own tastes, and I certainly need all the fashion advice I can get so perhaps I shouldn’t be one to comment!! I’ve attempted to tie in the blue tights with the shoes and scarf. I tied the scarf loosely after about 3 steps outside in the wind. What do you think? </p> <p>My next attempts will be changing out the tights. </p> <p>Bonus shot: one of the things I love about living here is the plethora of transportation types available beyond cars. Look at the bikes locked up in a bridge to a commuter rail (S-Bahn) station on the Spree. </p>
