I don't know which it was more like - meeting a celebrity, or a long-lost relative! And you know, I've never really interacted with Laurel on the forum. It was uncanny how many things we had to talk about (down to her friend's kids going to the same school as mine!). That was as much due to Laurel being someone who has a wonderful ease with herself and others, as to our actual stuff-in-common. And to top that all off we had the fab fluency of YLF shorthand that would have cut through any barriers (down to spotting a pair of Miz Mooz shoes on a passer-by and both recognising them!) ^_^</p> <p>I'm so thrilled that Laurel could find awesome bras here! I've only been looking for a decent nursing bra for, um, let's see... 16 months now. </p> <p>Also, the Kinki Gerlinki dress we saw came in two other equally delightful colors! An olive green and a cranberry-ish red. Apart from endangering his own life on a balcony in Australia On Collins, and deliberately spilling water onto the table at lunch, he was an angel - seriously, it's a hard day for him and he was surprisingly mellow, no screaming, lots of positive attention from strangers, which is a really nice thing for a mother to experience (attention for him, not me!).</p> <p>Clementine was truly a sweet little doll. She slept during most of Laurel's tryings-on! And she ate her lunch instead of destroying it! :D</p> <p>Deborah, the shoes I posted are all from Cinori. I've never bought from them yet but they're always a little treasure trove of quirky-to-classic, beautiful, and often comfortable designs. I would love to see those lace ups on you! My eyes devour them but I think they're not the shape to balance my calves.</p> <p>Unfortunately Laurel won't be free the other day you mentioned Deborah, but I might manage to see her again before she leaves.</p> <p>Sharon, those shoes are amazing aren't they? So I went into the actual David Lawrence store today and I was really impressed with their palette and cohesive styling. The SA confirmed they have been changing their approach.
