And then I didn't change into my running shoes the other night and wore my sandals because we were going straight out to the cinema, which I forgot. (So in fact I had another pair of running shoes in there too!)</p> <p>Rachy - yes I thought it could work with sneakers too - at least maybe the more fashiony sort - not with my somewhat dirty running shoes. In theory we aren't supposed to wear sneakers at work, but I have noticed one trendy dresser on staff wearing them (but hers are pristine white with gold trim)</p> <p>Joy - I'm not sure if I can imagine that cold! It is hard to imagine the opposite season isn't it.</p> <p>Thanks for all the compliments on the silhouette. Due to be 36C /96 F today. Arrived at work in my running shoes as usual. No sandals in the desk drawer to change in to. Toyed with wearing running shoes all day but decided on boots! Hopefully AC will crank up soon.<br /> Eta. It did cool down. Here with jacket. Possibly not the best topper, but again, what I had in my office. </p>
