Yes! It works for me too. Not completely - but it's definitely on it's way to being indexed. Thanks so much for fixing that!

I think things are starting to work. I can now see a search result for this...

"tube skirt site:amiable.lookfab.com"

Not perfect, because you have a more recent post that should show up in the result, but heading in the right direction.

I have been checking every day too. As far as I know everything is in place, but I'll double check just in case.

I realize that it can take a while to index my site - but I still get the same results from google (no documents found). Do you think I haven't waited long enough, or is there maybe something still not right?

The change is made. It might take a while (several days maybe) for Google to get all your pages into the index.

Your blog is definitely visible to the public. I have found the problem and it will be fixed in the next couple of days.

Thanks Greg - I think mine is visible to the public (I intend for it to be anyway, but don't know where to find a setting that shows me that). But I don't seem to be able to search within the blog.

Hmmm. I didn't intentionally change that, but you might be right that I broke it in the redesign.

My intention is that if you have a lookfab blog AND it is visible to the public (as yours is) then the search result should go to the lookfab blog.

I will investigate and make sure that this happens in practice.

Back when I first created my ylf blog (amiable.lookfab.com), one of the things I used frequently was google search. If I wanted to see what outfits I had using my chambray shirt, I typed "chambray site:amiable.lookfab.com") into google, and voila - there everything was.

This hasn't worked since the site redesign, and life did go on without it - but I miss it.

The masonry view is really nice, but only shows one picture per post, and I often post several outfits in a post because I only get around to editing pictures that often.

I'm guessing that google not working in our individual blogs is something that you did by design, or for security reasons. If it's not though, is there any chance of having that work again?
