Thanks, Zap. I kind of passed those over because of the word antique. I want dark black with the white stitch popping out - I know I'm weird about details. Funny thing, the washes don't look much different though. And oddly, this one does not say to size up. Sheesh. What to believe?!
Miss Me are by MEK denim. They fit me great and are not as expensive as some other 'designer' denim. But this is still steep for my budget so I want to get it right.

Mo- I confess I have not heard of the brand until now. I did some googling around for you with no luck. Did you see these ones though?

Miss Me Jean Black Wide Pick Stitch Skinny to be exact. http://www.missme.com/jp5014sk-3-jtb02.html They have 27 but advise to size up in this color since the denim doesn't stretch as much. That leaves me needing 28 which they don't have. I looked into Buckle online with no luck. If anyone knows where I can find these, I'd appreciate it. Or if you actually own them and can attest to whether I do need to size up afterall. Thanks!
