I think they run true to size and feel like you are wearing flats. The toe box is pretty wide, then makes a small point that isn't extreme. I've got these in 4 colors but the red and pewter have the most milage on them so far. I wear a 7.5 or 8 and have both sizes but prefer the 8 with a gel insert for even more comfort.
