One thing you could try is to open the Chrome console. If you would like to do so, here's how:</p> <p>Go to "View &gt; Developer &gt; Developer Tools" in the menu. Then the panel opens up at the bottom and you can select "Console". Then if you search you might see some sort of error message appear in the console output. If so, just send that to me.
