I'm a 7.5 for the most part. If shoes run small at all, I get the 8. The 7.5 fits me really well so I would say true to size. I do find Sam Edelman to be inconsistent in sizing. I have a pair of sandals that are 7 and that rarely ever happens.<br /> I think you'll enjoy the Okalas.
