Needless to say, many of the things Texans don't like do actually thrill my NYC heart.</p> <p>I picked up the Chie Mihara boots below for $50 and the Wayne Lee silk jacket for $20! (These are stock photos, none on me yet until I get a real mirror.) I was torn on the jacket - which I will wear with a non-nipple-revealing top - but it was $20. And white silk. And pristine. And fit. I figure I wear it to one event, and even if it gets ruined, score! Plus all of my dressy stuff is black, so a white jacket isn't a terrible purchase. Right?</p> <p>Whee! </p>
