Glad to know it wasn't a literal scorching! </p> <p>I think it's common for stores to show bright colours this time of year (whether neon or other brights) because they are hoping to get us hyped up to buy new product and banking on the idea that we are sick of autumn and winter's dark, rich shades by this point and looking forward to spring. I'm not ready to revisit neon. In 8th grade I had this cardigan that was a mixture of cobalt blue and other bright, neon colors, including neon green. I wore it with a neon green mock t-neck, cobalt blue wide-wale shorts, neon green tights and ... I have no idea what I wore on my feet. But it doesn't matter, because by the time anyone's eyes made it down to my feet they were already blind.</p> <p>That blazer looks promising! It also demonstrated that colours in real life are much different than online.
