The racism is buried deeply under the “Minnesota Nice”, and Minneapolis has some of the worst socioeconomic, educational, and judicial racial disparities in the country.<br /> The Minneapolis PD has had a reputation for brutality dating back decades. I was warned by my parents to avoid them at all costs, and this was in 1970.<br /> Thanks for sharing the photo of the memorial for Mr. Floyd.
