As I told you earlier, my oldest daughter had severe eczema that she eventually outgrew at age 7. Back when she was a baby (over 30 years ago--yikes!) I didn't know about all this allergy stuff. I do know that we tried all kinds of creams and ointments. It was Hell. I know you're doing everything you can, with a lot of information at your disposal. I sincerely hope you can get to the root of the problem&nbsp;and soon. Who knows if it's a food allergy or a contact dermatitis thing or whatever. I will keep you in my thoughts and prayers. And yes, they do wear them to change diapers, etc. </p> <p>For cleaning solution, they use 1 tbls of bleach mixed with a whole bunch of water, and then change it out each week.</p> <p>I will investigate their soap tomorrow, but that might be it too. You've tried just about everything, but there are always more triggers out there, and it may be impossible to avoid all of them. The massive diet restrictions (not allowed any of the 7 major allergens), washing and rewashing everything in real soap, changing out our shampoo as well, and still it keeps coming back. No, its not as severe as it was, but that could be as much due to the creams we use on her than finding the root cause.</p> <p>It is even harder as DH does what ask him, but he doesn't see it as so much of an issue. He's never had hives or eczema so he doesn't get it.</p> <p>I got an appointment for her at the end of the month with a pediatric dermatologist. However, she is worse during the week at daycare. She gets it on her face and she doesn't get it there at home.
