I've scored some of my favorite shoes, boots, and clothing on deep discount from Piperlime and never had any problems with returns. But I agree with Diana - they seemed to be trying to change their identity quite often. One thing I didn't like was that so many of their sale items are final sale. But then... everything was always a bit overpriced (what is competition good for if it doesn't bring prices down?), there were rarely any promos, and as some have noted the website was just not very user-friendly. It was such a good idea in theory, but in practice just not appealing given other options to be found elsewhere.<br />I do hope they can rescue Gap itself though. It's been in a crisis for so long. I remember finding amazing things at Gap 15 years ago--quirky prints and colors, sleek basics--people would compliment me and be surprised when I told them the items were from Gap. I wish they would find that sweet spot again.
