I spent the day in &nbsp;a tank top and skirt doing laundry and home schooling, but when it came time to go to the grocery store and drug store, I was happy to throw on my newly thrifted dress...</p> <p>I was perfectly comfortable in the cold AC while watching women in sleevless dresses shivering and hurrying through the store...
