For work, I have a solution as I prefer more covered footwear in the AC, but "nice" casual sandals are proving elusive.&nbsp; &nbsp;My ideal shoe would be a tan or black strappy sandal with arch support and a 1 inch or less heel and without a cork sole. There are several options with cork soles, but these read "gear" to me.</p> <p>As context, in the cooler weather I wear an insole or at least an arch support (my favorite:</p> <p>Pedag Self Adhesive Arch Support Inserts)&nbsp;&nbsp;in all shoes.&nbsp; Sandals are trickier because there is nowhere to secure the insole or arch support, so I think the arch support needs to be already built in?&nbsp; Any and all ideas welcome! </p>
